Canadian Association of Pathologists’ (CAP-ACP) Interim Guidelines for the Investigation of Alleged Irregularities in Surgical Pathology Practice
A set of guidelines that would be useful for any health care institution that wishes to ensure that the investigations of diagnostic discrepancies are done in a consistent manner that minimizes the risk of assigning blame to the pathologist being investigated without considering the environment and the medical context in which the pathologist practices.
