  • Official transcript or copy of a degree/diploma certified or validated by a Canadian Power of attorney or Canadian Officials (e.g. Source verification by Medical Council of Canada, Education Credential Assessment organizations as specified on Government of Canada website ( http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=681&top=29)
  • If you are an international medical graduate who has completed specialty training outside Canada or the United States in an approved jurisdiction, you can apply via this route.  This assessment ensures you have met specialty-specific training requirements in a recognized and approved program (not all specialties are approved in each jurisdiction).
