To join its Medical Staff Group

EDMONTON, ALBERTA (CANADA). DynaLIFEDx is currently looking to fill a full time opportunity in Edmonton, Alberta.

The selected candidate will join a group of general and anatomical pathologists, medical microbiologists and clinical chemists providing community and hospital laboratory services.

DynaLIFEDx has been providing laboratory and diagnostic services to Albertans for more than 50 years. We are a privately owned laboratory with approximately 1100 employees at 36 sites across Northern Alberta. We perform over 14 million laboratory tests per year. We have 30 medical professionals working collaboratively to support our base laboratory located in our beautiful facility in downtown Edmonton as well as several laboratories located in rural locations.

Our reputation for excellence is founded on our commitment to customer and patient care. Ability to contribute collegially to the group practice and laboratory operations and the willingness to provide on-site coverage for rural hospitals will be important factors in candidate selection.

DynaLIFEDx is proud to have recently been named one of Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies. Our future is bright and we continue to build and develop our team.

Candidates must have or be eligible to acquire their Canadian Fellowship in their respective discipline and must qualify for licensure in Alberta. Additional training or experience in dermatopathology or Cytopathology would be an asset.

Remuneration is generous and in line with the Alberta Medical Association negotiated grid for pathologists. Financial incentives for those providing on-site coverage in rural locations will be provided. Benefits include general and CME leave and there is a flexible work system that may allow for less than full-time placement, if desired.

Welcome to Edmonton! The capital of Alberta, a northern city of art, ideas, research and energy. Edmonton is a recreation city, and an arts city. It is a city that embraces all seasons. Run, ride or ski on its trails and fields, cheer in its arenas and stadiums. Enjoy the museums, galleries, clubs, and theatres. Read its novels, watch its films. Spend an hour or a week in the glorious North Saskatchewan River Valley, the world's largest preserved park. Take a river boat from one shore of the world's largest urban park to the other. From the water, look up and consider the skyline, the bustling core and the towers and urban villages to the east and west. The people on the sidewalks and trails, from First Nations to new Canadians, linked by a common purpose - to learn, prosper, and celebrate. Take the LRT in any direction from here and you'll be in the heart of somewhere special.
