Windsor hospital CEO takes responsibility for surgery mistake

The CEO of Windsor Regional Hospital says he is ultimately responsible for the latest error in the hospital's pathology department, in which the test results of the healthy woman were mixed up the with those of a woman diagnosed with advanced stage breast cancer. The healthy patient underwent a lumpectomy and had her lymph nodes removed. CBC News story.
