Please plan to join the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Canadian Association of Pathologists on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 12:00 p.m., EDT. This year’s AGM will be run on the Zoom virtual meeting platform.

CAP-ACP continues to evolve as a member-driven organization and we welcome your voice and participation. The meeting materials, as well as instructions on using Zoom, can be accessed on the CAP-ACP website - 2020 AGM page.  Must be logged in as a member to access.

The following items will be voted on by Executive Members during the meeting:

  1. Approval of AGM Minutes 2019;
  2. Election of new Board members, Board members moving from a term to another term, and the extension of one term pursuant to the bylaws;
  3. The appointment of the auditors for the 2020/21 fiscal year.

Received at the AGM will be the approved Audited Financial Statements as of December 31, 2019.

To fully prepare for this inaugural online meeting, we are asking all members to register in advance – please take a few minutes to register and confirm your attendance today. If you are unable to attend the AGM, we encourage you to provide your proxy. Voting of members will be conducted electronically via the Zoom platform.
